As with any new product there is adjustment period and at first did not like. I receive a lot of boxes so breakdown needs to be quick and easy. After a few days, I found the best way for me to hold and use and now I love it! Definitely will pick up a few more!! Received as promised and thank you!!!

I got this after being disappointed with the mini version and hopes this would be better. It has been on some counts, but I'm still not 100% satisfied with its ability to cut through cardboard boxes to break them down into smaller pieces. So if you're just looking for a safe way to cut open taped boxes, this is the tool for you. But if you're going to be cutting up cardboard, stick with the classic steel box cutter or knife.

Works great but the blade doesn't stick out very far making it hard to work with at times.
