I gave this to my 19 year old cousin just as a fun gift. Forever 21 is her favorite store and she's a college student and thus broke. I remember those days myself. Nobody ever gave me a gift card to my favorite store. Although all I really did back then was eat In-N-Out and watch TV; I didn't really shop anywhere. I digress. This gift card was a big hit with her.
