8 gallons a minute doesn't sound like much, but it's the same flow you get at any gas station. The main thing to keep in mind is it works properly and the price is right.

I purchased this unit to top a 45 gallon aux tank I mounted in my diesel dually's truck bed. I wired it to a 7-lead trailer plug so when I need to use it I can just plug it in to the receptacle in the truck bed to power it up. It works great to fill up both the truck's tank and my tractor's tank.
My only criticisms of the unit is that it is noisy when it runs (almost sounds like something is loose in there, but other similar pumps sound roughly the same), and it is difficult to securely lock the nozzle in its holster to prevent tampering, etc.
Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase.

I bought for a a 45gal transfer tank to fuel some excavator machines. Been using it for a couple months and about 4 tanks worth of pumping and no issues. At times I wish the hose had more reach but that's easily added to the system. Not sure if you'd want anything faster than an 8gpm rate, this thing fills up a bobcat fuel tank very quickly and since there's no auto-shut off like at service stations you need to be ready to let go of the trigger. At full chooch you have to be listening and anticipating so you dont have fuel spilling out of the spout. I wired the power leads to a 7 way trailer connector whip and its powered by my in bed hook-up.
