I followed the directions and didn't get a complete transfer, some of the design was left on the paper. I will try again, but not sure what went wrong.

Not what I expected

I've used jetpro ss for awhile now but I normally order from a different online supplier. In a pinch for time I ordered these due to quicker shipping. The transfer paper is not consistent. Certain areas do not Peel from the backing as it should thus it creates a rough surface and overall just doesn't look good. I've contacted the seller, showed pictures, went through the standard questions what temp, way pressure, are you stretching etc etc, and was told it would be sent to a manager, this was 2/17,to date I've received no further contact and continue to waste shirts. In the picture by the r and l you can see where the backing paper appears that it's sticking to the transfer so when you attempt to pull the backing off, you are left with this.

This heat transfer paper on an average is .... okay. In my opinion, although it's softer than most of the other heat transfer paper I have so far used, it's still too thick on my finish works. I must admit though, it is very strong.
Great
