The keys move around

Im not sure if it is supposed to be this way but one of the keys are bent all the way down and another was bent all the way to the left. I wanted to return it but it half the cost to return.

We purchased this thumb piano as an Easter gift for our grandson. The picture shows a detailed and extremely quality instrument for beginners. However, when we opened it, the prongs were rusted, bent and faded...not at all like the picture. In addition, the bars going across the prongs and underneath are unfinished wood. While the bottom also appears to be silver as well, it was scratched and a very dull brown. I have never written a negative or even neutral review of any item purchased through Amazon, but, this one just was so poorly made. Thank heavens the customer service representatives are as helpful as they are. This one nearly ruined my day if not for their help.
