Helped my child sleep. Give her 2 gummies as suggested by label. Although i would suggest 'half' a gummie first to see if it works. You don't really know the full side effects of giving this to kids. Supposedly, some people only need 0.5mg. My child with autism has been sleepless for months .. goes to bed at 8.30pm and still awake and talking at 12.00am, 1.00am. It's been a horrendous few months for us. I got an extreme case here. IF she was asleep by 11.00pm I wouldn't even be giving this.

These are great gentle and effective. The ingredients are natural, and no additional herbs added which can be toxic to children. I prefer this brand over tired teddies which contain different herbs that are not considered safe for children. These also taste great ,and they smell terrific.
