We also make the mistakes of leaving the Thermador Telescopic Oven Racks + regular racks in the oven during self cleaning cycle. All of them turned slightly yellow and worst froze, even the regularly rack were hard to pull out. My husband took the rail apart, sock it, dry and put it back together with ease. We also wipe the regular rack, now all glide like new. We kept the used lubricant separate in glass bottole for future maintenance.
Hint: Leave one intact as example, so you know how to put it back together.
Cut a soda bottle or any bottle so it is tall / long enough to sock the rail, or else you will end up using a lot in a flat pan.

I made a mistake and left my Thermador sliding trays in the oven during self cleaning mode. It baked on the existing bearing grease and the trays seized up completely. I thought they were ruined. Since this Bio-Extreme lubricant is almost like a liquid, I just poured it straight from the container onto the bearings. Now the trays are sliding smoothly like new. This is similar in consistency to liquid dish detergent. At first I thought a gallon would be way too much, but now after pouring it on, I realize it's just the right amount to keep on hand for future maintenance. Some of the super tiny tubes of similar lubricant cost about the same.

Tried a few other so-called "high temperature" lubricants with disappointing results. This one actually worked well in the oven that I regularly use at 450F. No more squeaking racks.
