Saved me so much time!

I'm a small shop, but a good half hour or more of my day was counting and rolling change. I purchased this to make my job a bit easier. And WOW! Sooo much easier. Automatically moves the rolls forward when they're full. And counts everything for you. I can use both types of rolls with this. You can't insert the flat rolls, you have to do that part manually, but it's easy. We've ordered the formed rolls that drop right into the slots.
The only bad thing is it needs a tap every now and then to loosen up the change, but not a big enough deal to lose a star over. I would recommend to even the smallest store.

**EDIT
Ok, so maybe I spoke too soon. I'm having all sorts of problems having to loosen up the change. It runs about 5 coins and then can't move any more. I have to shake the machine, then it drops another 5 or 10, and then sits there clicking. Shake it again, a few more drop. Does it save time? Yes. Frustrating? To say the least. Would I buy another? No.
My coin counter was doing a perfect job for the first 11months or so

My coin counter was doing a perfect job for the first 11months or so, then the coin slides for the dimes and the quarters started holding up the coins, the coins did not slide the whole way down and there was a back up. I took it apart and cleaned it So that the coins could slide down easily again But this only lasted a couple of weeks and the coins started to back uo again. Recently the dime counter started getting stuck when one of the tubes got full so I had to drag it out manually every time it got filled up. Table latest problem is that the coin tumbler doesn't want to spin so I can't get my coins counted anymore . I guess that was the life span of my machine.
Does the job

This unit does what it is supposed to, but I wouldn't recommend it for significant volumes of coin or letting someone who isn't careful and observant use it. The hopper can be easily overwhelmed by more than a small handful of coins, and dimes in particular seem to be what cause jams. The receiving plastic coin tubes, while useful if rolling, are a hassle if counting drawers. Also, a tiny motor pushes out the plastic coin tubes (certain to break over time) at the end of counting, or each time a tube is full, which stops all sorting until the next tube is in place. On the LCD readout, the coin count is reported in position to the tubes, not sequentially 1c, 5c, 10c, 25c, so it is easy for a person to get confused if counting number of coins rather than dollar total. It is also loud.

In closing, it works and is a great option for an individual that needs to quickly sort and roll coinage. It is NOT a good idea for counting down drawers in a retail environment.
Just don't.

This started out OK with a few errors, but now I can't even get one tube filled correctly...coins flying over into the wrong tube, falling underneath the tubes, etc. Very frustrated and sorry I bought it, to be honest. This is not the seller's fault, the machine just isn't worth buying.
Garbage

Do not waste your money on this piece of junk. I read all of the instructions before even turning the thing on (to my credit). What it doesn't tell you is that coins will drop in between the sorters. Then, there isn't a way to get them out without turning the machine over and shaking it. Or, what I did, pulling out the sorters, AND THEN NOT BEING ABLE TO PUT THEM BACK IN. I had the patience of a saint, to no avail. And, it was just about an hour after I started using it for the first time. This really is a junkie piece and not worth buying.
