Gotta have it for Florida Molds!

This product is great! I use it on my brick driveway here in Florida. Doesn't kill the grass around the drive, but it cleans up that awful mold. A had used it on my roof previously, but a Friend in England uses it on his cement porch and told me to try it! What a great product!

Don't expect immediate results but it does work, slowly and over time. I used this spray on my sidewalk and purposely avoided a small area. After a few weeks I noticed the small area that I avoided still had light black mildew stains while the rest of my walk was clean. I also used this on my fence with similar but far less noticeable results. I resorted to power washing the fence and sealing it (Rain Guard product). Rather than an instant cleaner, think of this product as a barrier that slows the regrowth of mold and mildew. This is probably a good choice for cleaning areas around the home where power washing may not be practical or necessary (roof, shed, barn, shaded walkway, etc.).
