I have about 15 muscat blanc vines that easily get brown spots and mildew just since they are so susceptible. I've been using this about once a week and it clears it right up after about 3 weeks. Make sure in warmer climates to use during the evenings since it is an oil can do damage if applied during full sunlight/high temps.
