The capsules are large, but easy to open and blend into my morning protein shake! I prefer the powder capsules to the chalky chewable tablets or large tablets sold at my local pharmacy & the ingredient quality is much better!

I chose this Vitamin C because it's GMO free and includes bioflavonoids and rose hips. Although it's kind of silly, I also like the box it comes in and the metal lid, when so many vitamins have those cheapo plastic lids that crack if you happen to drop the bottle.
I find these to be a better alternative to the customary vitamin pill

I find these to be a better alternative to the customary vitamin pill. They are about the same size as their counterparts, but instead they are a powder inside of a gel capsule instead of the formula you would find on an aspirin pill, which allows for it to be easily swallowed. I enjoyed the fact that the capsule was vegetarian as well.

I have resently gone in for an eye infection and used a physicians assistant for the exam since it was nothing out of the norm. We were talking as she was asks if took any mess and I gave her my list of supplements. She was glad to hear that I was already on vitamin C and told me to up my intake since it helps to support a healthy life style. Which is what I am doing. Needed more so I ordered Viva Naturals C , have like it and continue to take it.
