Stays fresh longer. Really like the shorter loaf. The flavor is great. We are extremely pleased.

Breads great....super slow shipping. Seriously...it's FOOD.
Good option for those with soy alergies.
MartinJanuary 14, 2016
I suffer from severe soy allergies. If something so much as touches something containing soy, which I then eat and I end up with stomach problems, skin problems, breathing problems, runny nose, congestion, inflammation, you name it. With soy being used in pretty much everything these days due to it being so cheap compared to the other oils, I am typically left with little to no options when grocery shopping...especially when it comes to baked goods.

That being said, this potato bread is pretty much the only bread that I am able to use (they sell another one that uses sunflower oil instead of soybean oil). The good news is that this potato bread is delicious. It has a slightly sweet taste to it that you would not find in your typical white or wheat breads and it makes some of the best peanut butter and jelly's that you will ever have. All that being said, unfortunately the price of this brand of bread is a little more expensive than many of the other brands. It really all depends on whether you value quality over quantity, or quantity over quality. If it is the former, then I would definitely recommend this potato bread. If it is the latter, than this potato bread is probably not the right choice for you.
