I was having terrible reflux and my coffee habit was not helping. Together with lowering the number of cups a day, the tamer helped me enjoy my morning cup of coffee with less acidity. I also used it with wine, tomato and soy sauce. The fastest way to heal is to stop these foods altogether, but the granules will bail you out if you occasionally cheat.

I find I need to use a lot more than a few shakes. Its such a small amount for the money. So, I gave it 4 stars for those that can afford the price. I mean it does work and I think its better than baking soda. I think it should cost way way less and come in a much larger size.

Been using Coffee Tamer for 5 months and is very helpful w controlling acid. However, just reread Amazon description and it states "Matetial: Aluminum." This is not on the box. Furthermore, the full write up states that there is no Aluminum in the product. Which is it?
