I love this product - the dispensers either crap out in the first few weeks or they work for the long hall. I have 20+ of these operating at my facility.

The product itself is a great product. However, you must get the correct type of sensor in order for it to work in the dispensers that you have. We have the dispensers that have the DGR code on them and the soap we received has the GRY sensor. Make sure that you purchase the correct code that matches your dispensers or the soap will not dispense.
