Exactly as advertised, and exactly what I was looking for, fits perfectly. It seems to lock down tight enough as it came out of the package but it does have available adjustment, if needed.
Appears to be well made and solid.

Nice attachment. I drilled this from the back and attached it to bi-pod/tri-pod mount to attach an Iphone to my picatinny rail.
