As a reference, I am 5'5", 127 pounds, 34D and usually wear size 4 or S. I ordered the medium in black. This is probably one of my favorite lingerie outfits (and I think my man agrees) ;) I feel like I get adequate support from the underwire and the adjustable straps are very helpful - the girls (for the most part) stay in place without having defined cups that you'd probably get from more expensive designs. As the picture suggests, it's very form fitting and I feel like the medium fits me perfectly and don't dig in or make me look pudgy - especially around the hip area. It comes with panties and the stockings (which aren't super great quality which is why I've removed one star - they are a bit big and even though I haven't used this outfit much, they seem a bit stretched out). The garter clasps sometimes like to slip out of place from the stockings but they really aren't on there very long anyway. The G-string is fine, nothing fancy and fit. The material is a bit rough (not silky if that what you're thinking) but definitely not too abrasive - it feels a lot like stocking material in some ways.
