I have severe dry eye and this really works. No preservatives, made in Switzerland. I use it at night every night, when I wake up I put more in and go back to sleep.
The gel is better than an ointment for me

I have used this product for years. If I use it at bedtime, I never have to constantly add artificial tears during the day. I just use my prescription morning and evening. The gel is better than an ointment for me, as I can see after putting it in.

Didn't sting at all...almost felt that without any sting was it doing any good then discovered that it really was soothing and within minutes could see clear enough to continue with my video watching
