Best mirror I've come across yet. Switched to this type after having purchased 3 of a competing brand over the years. This one stays nice and stable and gives a good view of the road behind from multiple angles, whether while riding or watching cars coming up behind while waiting at a stoplight. Only downside is the velcro strap provided to hold it on was too narrow and too weak. I knew it would break at some point, and tightness is absolutely necessary to prevent mirror vibration. See photo for my fix, which I would recommend to anyone over velcro.

The mirror itself stays positioned okay, but the grip is annoying in the hand and rubs through the rubber hood cover over time.

This mirror is very exspensive, and may not look like it's worth the price, but I love it. There is nothing else made like it. It's very stable, it don't bounce around. The place it mounts and it's size are it's selling features. Someone said that it fell off of their bike, I had a problem securing it too, then I saw what I was doing wrong. Make sure the velcro stays under the bar and not over it. You won't be disappointed with its function. I just rode 150 mile on the Great Allegheny Passage and didn't have any issues. There are no knockoff, so you have to pay the price.

I really like this mirror. It's quite large so you have a good view of what's behind you.
I like this better than the helmet mounted mirrors. Those mirrors may work for people without glasses. If you wear glasses, it's up to your unaided peripheral vision.
With this mirror, I can use my glasses in my normal field of view. It does get a lot of vibrations from the road but it's good enough to see if another cyclist or car is behind you.
