These are perfect for making a tart dessert. The taste is like a short bread cookie, really good. Unfortunately I did not have enough for my event due to so many of them being broken. I managed to cover the least damaged ones with the tart topping. If you order and need a specific amount as I did, know they could come in pieces. Again, great taste"¦
