Bought this system for a 20-employee shop. Was a little tricky to set up because the manual does not say how to do it for the ethernet version (only the usb version). But figured that out, then it was pretty easy to set up and use. Employees like it. We did need to set up a paper system for road people to report their time and mileage, though (the time-trax does not handle those). It would be great if there were a web interface so they could report it from wherever they are.

Easy to set up, easy to use. Bought 4 and used for 9 months off for the summer and came back and one didn't work. Bought a second one to replace it. It is working great. Very basic time clock. Shows when time has been adjusted by management. Simple for staff to clock in and out. Simple for management to use and sent to payroll.

This product works and is effective comes with software and takes a little bit of a learning curve to learn but it's turned out to be a decent product one problem I have with it is you have to occasionally unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work other than that it's been great and we still use it.

If you have even just a little savvy, you shouldn't have much trouble with this thing. this worked great the only problems I had didnt have to do with the clock or software..i have installed the software on a vista machine and on a 7 machine with minimal troubles.

the software has some limitations for those who need things like department switching , and that I think is why some people say it sucks.I say this know what you need and do your research remember "you get what you ask for". In this case I got what I asked for and I am completely satisfied.

This is a nice cost effective way to track time. There are some short comings in the report options and I can't get it to quite do exactly what I want it to do. It would also be nice to have access to the database or have something published so that I can get this information into another db once a week. But for the price this is just what I needed and am very happy with it.
