Alpacas love the taste

Our alpacas are more aggressive trying to push each other aside to eat these pellets, compared to the SmartPak B1 pellets. Maybe it's the apple flavor. It's about the same price as the SmartPak pellets when the concentration of thiamine per serving is taken into account (SmartPak B1 is 4x more concentrated and 4x more expensive). Alpacas can easily get thiamine deficiency induced polioencephalomalacia (PEM) so I let the neighbors feed the alpacas these pellets across the fence as an occasional treat. It's nice that these are also available in 20 lb bags.

Love this! Since my TB mare has been on this she has calmed down dramatically. She has also put on a lot of muscle mass! Can tell a huge difference in her for the better!!! Also has a great price compared to other B1 vitamin products I have looked at. Just ordered my 3rd bag.
