Easy...open the bag, pour into a bowl, heat up in the microwave, add some shredded cheese and hot salsa, and I've got dinner! I like these because they have much less sodium than regular canned beans, and they have some good flavor. I will definitely purchase these again.

I recently added beans back into my diet and I like these packs for 2 reasons. The first is no can/BPA and the second is the portion. I can make salads for lunch and easily add these for both my husband and I without having a large amount left over. The beans themselves are good. No problems with quality or freshness. Just reordered!
