I purchased this for two reasons.
1) As a water fountain for brushing.
2) As an eye wash station.
For some weird reason, I keep getting eyelashes, stuck under my eye lids.
(I have very long eyelashes for a guy.)
It works quite well, and will actually shoot water over the sink, if you want to test it.
(Which I did) lol

Brilliant! Got it to get attach on the kitchen sink. Initially thought it was faulty because no water came from the "fountain," before realizing I had to loosen that part to get access. Also, looks pretty good. In love!

Easily one of the best purchases i have ever made. I hate using paper or plastic cups every time i brush my teeth or something, this is the best solution! Unfortunately this will not fit ALL sinks, but it fit mine just fine, any generic sink should be fine. The build quality is fantastic and it is nice and heavy. No more bending over and sliding your head under the sink to get water, the fully adjustable spout is perfect. You can easily adjust the height of the water stream and also where it aims. I LOVE this thing. It is so convenient, looks great and works exactly how it is described. Save the environment and neck cramps and get this!

I bought this on a whim but my daughter loves it. It is of high quality and works much better than I expected. The stream can be aimed front to back and you can adjust the flow (stream height) independently. It engages when you pull the knob on the side and, conveniently, when you shut the water off the knob springs back so "faucet mode" is the default. Really nice design.

These work great and you will find yourself drinking water more often. Used in the bathroom, it makes it really easy to take a quick pill or vitamin right out of the cupboard. I imagine it would also be easy to wash out ones eye if that service was needed. You need to pull the tab to turn it on but it turns off when the water is turned off.
Negative: Obviously it does lower clearance below in the sink bowl itself a little so can slightly compromise shallow sinks (although this has never been a problem for me).
