Love love love hearing.

Hear things better. I had no idea what I was missing. Tried one and liked it so well ordered another. Now both ears hear so much more. Only issue is difficult talking on phone. These are rather large, which don't bother me. So what they are big. Most my friends and family are just glad not to repeat. But talking on cell phone sometimes I must remove. More my problem than design I guess. Love theses.

Amplifies well. Cannot be used in a noisy environment. Will deafen you the rest of the way. God forbid somebody nearby laughs loud. It's painful.

I purchased this item for my husband who has been deaf all of his life. His old one had died and he needed something right away. He gave it high praises and said that he loves the volume control.

Inexpensive and it works. Bought it for my 82 year old mom so she doesn't have to blast the TV volume. I change the battery once a week since they're so cheap.
