The GE100 test strips arrived quickly, and were the genuine article, in sealed factory packaging. These strips are thicker than some of the other brands of meters, but that is an advantage if you have any mobility issues that make it a bit harder to deal with the thinner and more flexible strips. The only downsize to this brand of meter and strips, are that it requires a slightly larger blood droplet. Good product, great price.

Quality glucose monitoring for an affordable price. Once you get used to the odd orientation of the strips (they stick out on the side), testing is a snap. I am not too fond of the carrying case, but I will say it is the sturdiest I have been given with a system. They test strip bottle and the machine fit neatly on one side, but the other side, which is meant to hold your lancet device, doesn't really do a good job of holding any lancets--they go flying around in the carrier, and thusly out of the carrier when you open it. I think a piece of velcro could be self-applied to correct the problem. This unit does have a data port, though I have not done any checking into how it might download test results on my computer yet.
