Don't have photos but this stuff is all I use. Sprinkle a little of it on, move it around with a broom and walk away. This is perfect!! Can't get easier than that. Worth the money.
Can't ask for a better solution to oil messes!

I've read some negative reviews, but this one is more objective. Oil with carbon is one of the worst things to clean up. I use a small amount with an old toothbrush for cement stains. Just apply and leave it. Follow up if it gets darker, have patience - you know it is about impossible to perfectly clean, but this comes pretty close. Even if it appears that it bleaches your concrete, it will blend with time. I can't imagine anything else working better. It is cheap, I'm telling you it is worth a try, what have you got to lose? Stop being mad at your buddy for dripping oil in your driveway!
Works very well. Don't just pour and leave though.

I do a lot of hobby car work in my carport, esp. on older cars, which means an accumulation of really nasty oil and grease stains of various kinds. Using typical cleaning products to try to clean this up generally doesn't work all that well, and tends instead to spread the oil and grease, and their stains, without really looking like you've done much to remove them.
This stuff is different. First of all, it takes way less time than trying to clean concrete with other common cleaners. You also end up a lot less dirty at the end"”there's no splashing, no treading in greasy liquids, etc. There's basically just light-colored powder that's easy to brush off of anything it gets on.
Most importantly, it has done a better job of actually cleaning the dark, grimy-looking staining out of the concrete than anything else I've tried so far, and the best part is that there's no mess and no oil and detergent being sprayed off into the lawn or into the drain system. Instead, you just sweep it up. It seems to stay powder-like and light in color, even after having been used on fairly thick and viscous layers of grease. It sort of just magically digests them away.
One key point that I've learned as I've used it over the last few weeks"”you don't want to just sprinkle it on and then leave it there. I did that for the first couple of weeks and didn't notice much of a difference. Things really took off when I began *sweeping it around* every day. Just about 30 seconds each time with a broom across my entire carport floor. Back, forth, here, there, just manipulate it enough so that this stuff gets all rearranged on the surface.
Once I did that, it was only about a week before most of the staining was entirely gone and the concrete is about 10 shades brighter than it used to be. Then, once you're satisfied with where you are, you can just sweep it all up.
I have no idea if this can be reused, but it's still in dry powder form after having taken a 1/8" layer of junk off the floor in some places, so I've saved it in a coffee can and we'll see what happens when I have more stains I need to clean up.

Used this on years old oil stains spotted across my large concrete driveway. Applied sparingly per directions and most stains were completely gone after a two week wait and a quick power wash with an off the shelf electric pw. I'm certain the second application will make the remaining ones disappear completely.
Amazingly effective! Don't waste time using anything else.

I never write reviews, but I am so amazed by this product I wanted everyone to know! My VW left LOTS of oil spots on my driveway and something had to be done to get the HOA off my back. I thought it would be impossible. I researched and tried Orange Titan first. It did okay, but I still saw spots. I tried TSP on another section, same. These two took LOTS of elbow grease and sweat. I was very hesitant to buy EXIMO because some of the reviews were negative and said it didn't work. I took a chance and bought the smallest amount hoping that I was not wasting money. I also had a suspicion that the positive reviews were planted by the company. So, I used Eximo as a skeptic, and here is what happened: It worked! I could not believe it. I actually SAW the oil coming up out of the cement. This is oil that has been there for years! Some reviewers said that it just covered up their spots, but this oil is coming up. In fact, when I was done putting Eximo on the spots, the rest of the driveway looked terrible in comparison, so I went ahead and did the whole driveway. I still have half of a package left because it does not take much. When my husband came home and saw the drive he thought I had sanded it down? He was amazed at the difference. So, even if this product were only covering up the spots, I would probably still buy it and keep reapplying because it makes the driveway look almost new.
