This bread has the best taste that exceeds any bread I have ever eaten (except maybe homemade sour dough). It has a nutty flavor that requires no filling to be satisfying on a taste level. I was expecting a card board texture. I recently started using more organic and raw foods, so my expectations were not high. Not so with this bread, I will be ordering this in the future!
