Installed new players and 1 broke within 5 minutes. Had previous set for 15 years. The quality was not as expected. Tried to contact them for a replacement and cannot get any info.

Second time we used this one of the players broke at the ankle, thought these would be better than the ones that came with the game originally, as the same thing happened on that one. They need to improve these.
