I do not recommend buying this product, While the company was very good at refunding our money, we had to take the entire product apart and ship it back before getting our refund. The biggest problems - the digital board would loose power during a game, the digital counter didn't count all the baskets, the hoop nets would unhook constantly and the balls would pop out of the net area during the game....plus the way the screws connect, it made holes in the wall.

This is a fun game that will help you practice so you can win lots of tickets at the arcade!! However, it isn't very sturdy and the smallest kid could sit on and bend the frame. Set this up in the same room that you plan on keeping this in. Even though it folds up for transporting, when it is folded up it doesn't fit through a regular door, neither does it fit through an exterior door which is a little larger. It was a pain to move.
Assembly was pretty easy, although the directions weren't 100% clear. It took 2 of us about an hour to put together. It is huge!!! I also recommend getting extra balls. It comes with 4 however when you're playing with 2 people you are constantly fighting over the balls as it takes a while for the return.

I really love the actual hoop. My kids are 5 and 3 and along with my husband it's fun and I have a low ceiling and this just fit which was nice most were tall but I agree with everyone when I say the directions are TERRIBLE. My husband even googed a video online and it was just as bad and wrong. Thankfully, he is good at figuring things out and was able to put it together but if you're someone who needs instructions to construct this is not for you it's definitely for someone who can think on their own. But once it's together it's awesome.

Compared to the ones you see at some warehouse stores this was not what I was expecting. The tubing is a lot thinner which makes the whole thing flimsier. Putting it together was like a guessing game. Instructions were insufficient. I had to guess which screws to use. With every shot the whole thing would shake.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This was missing tons of parts, the pipes weren't the same lengths and didn't slide together easily. The net the balls roll down does not fit snug or lay flat like the picture. It was even missing part of the pump so I couldn't blow up the balls! Extreme disappointment! I built this Xmas eve or I would have returned!
