When I first used this, I didn't like it and put it in the back of a drawer. I pulled it out to give to my Mom. But then I used it again and I liked it fine. Sorry Mom.
It has a kind of pungent smell that is at first overwhelming. Maybe it mellowed a bit or something.

I received this recently and immediately ordered another box. The scent is fresh and not too strong (in fact, I wish it was a little stronger. That's why I rated it 4 stars). I love the texture. It's soft and cooling. I've been looking for a nice powder for a long time. This is not a lemon scent. It's botannical. Lemon verbena is a shrub. I look forward to using this powder in the summer, knowing I can use as much as I want because the price is excellent.

I am giving this product 1 star, only because the box was cute and the powder puff was soft. The powder, however, was so strong that we could smell it through the shipping box. And it didn't remotely smell like lemon verbena.
I ended up throwing the entire box away, even though I thought I might use the box. But that smell was too strong, even without the powder.

No Talc Powder w/Nice Powder Puff

I bought this for myself due to no talc. It has a nice scent but was a little too strong for me. I gave it to a friend who loved the scent. It comes with a powder puff that looks really nice.

This is a wonderful scented, dusting powder. Lemon verbena is my favorite scent and this one delivers 100%. Just inhaling the scent from the box may feel overwhelming but applied to the skin it is light as a hint. The powder is so fine you would mistake it for talc. I like that they included a soft puff for applying the powder. Would have preferred if the powder came in a tin like in the old days, but otherwise this is a good buy.
