I'm a professional cake decorator and I normally order Luck's light & fluffy icing but it's getting difficult to get so I crossed my fingers and ordered this CK Products pail and I am absolutely thrilled with it! I will not be going back to Luck's. It smells extremely good, very buttery, it tastes very good, and it has a wonderful consistency for decorating, I can pipe roses and any decoration requiring a stiffer frosting but I can also add a little water to it and get it to a thinner consistency for frosting cakes. Beautiful stuff, I will definitely reorder.
