First unit worked for 3 months. I came into kitchen where the ice machine is and I see spraying water coming out of the filter. I look closely and there is a micro crack in the unit. I thought maybe one of the kids hit it with something and damaged it...ok, no worries, I purchased two. I just installed the second one, turned on the water, and believe it or not, water started bubbling up in the SAME EXACT SPOT as the other one, but this time right away. I tried to expose the crack but it is super small, just drops of water was coming out. The bummer part is now I can return them. I'll try and reach out to the company, see if they can RMA both or at least one.
