It clearly states a box of 24 but I have done this twice and only received ONE hook. I can't seem to file a claim either!

Not the duality I expected. Not very shape .very thin blade.I
Thought it would be more robust and be sharper.

We purchased 2 of these knives to cut sod. I own a landscaping company. I thought the design seemed wonderful, in that the notches in the blade would allow it to tear through the sod without the blade itself being sharp. My crew informed me that the knives lasted about half an hour, at which time the sharpness wore off and cutting became very difficult. The only thought I have that might be in this product's defense is this: the sod we use has nylon netting in the root system. It might be that the nylon strands are the problem with the dull knife not cutting. I had imagined that the notches would tear through the soil on the sod, and maybe it does. But maybe the nylon is causing the problem with the cutting. If your sod doesn't have netting, this knife might be worth a try. For our purposes they failed. The best knives we've used have serrated edges.
