Sunfood's Chlorella is 100% Vegan and raw. It's "broken cell" Chlorella which makes it's benefits accessible, therefore useable in the body. Some call this a "Superfood", being a blue-green algae, and packed with so many health-helpful benefit. I learned of this item by watching an unrelated YouTube video. The energetic YouTuber said that he'd gotten a lot of messages about his energy level and he said that besides his natural bubbly personality, he used these supplements. I too have that personality but am energy depleted due to several health issues surrounding Lupus SLE. So, I tried this item. It's amazing! I take 3 tabs 2 times a day and that's enough for me to do my chores and self-care activities. I have never gotten indigestion or burped this item up like I do with fish oil or Iron supplements. My parents take these too. My dad takes 3 or 4 tabs 2 times a day as a automotive technician. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TRY! Just order the small bag so you don't get sticker shock. I should include that I usually get energy from Excedrin, but they are hard to come by now, or 5-Hour energy drinks, I get the generic from Aldi's. I prefer taking these little green pills though because I know energy drinks are not ideal. You know, when you have an autoimmune issue you're just trying to get through the day no matter what soooo you grab the energy where you can. That's why I'm so pleased to have found this supplement!

I was told by a friend that Chlorella was a good detoxifying product. I've used it for a week and I t's true it cleans me out and I feel lighter. Now I'm waiting to see if there's a change in energy and skin

I like these little tablets. They taste pretty good considering they are basically compressed algae.
