This was recommended to me by my LLMD to help treat my Lyme symptoms and it does seem to have helped. I have been taking this along with turmeric and have been feeling great. They do have a bit of smell but they are not so bad you can't take them. I take them with meals and they do not upset my stomach at all. I feel like my sleep has improved as well which is a nice.
