Very easy to use. Doesn't seem to add any flavor so the rest of the cod I fried I put some salt and pepper on. This is a really easy to use coating for fish.

Used it on oysters, fried in oil, they turned out great. I had some left-over breading so cut some onions and used it to make onion rings (you have to wet the onions before putting them into the breading, so it sticks. They were really good, too!

House Autry is the ONLY breader you will ever want to use. This has been a family secret (from a family that salt-water fishes every day possible) and we use this for any and all seafood. It's the BEST breader there is. I don't like cornmeal breader, so this is the perfect being more flour based. It has just the right taste, the perfect crunch. I recommend an egg wash with some heavy milk or half and half. If you double dip in the breader, you will get the most amazing crunch ever. I usually mix in just a touch of some redfish magic in the breader to get a little bit more spice. I almost don't want to share this review because I'm afraid it will always be sold out!
