Just finished assembly. The instructions is considered 1 star, but I am a mechanic so I put it together by figuring it as I go.
There were missing all 10 hex nuts that hold the gear to the drum during shipping. Although it was nice to see wrapping around bolts to each location where they belonged. I attached some pictures of mine so you can see it better.

As previously stated, the instructions aren't great but I didn't have any trouble following them. However, there are two fins inside the drum, but the holes on the drum sides were in the wrong place. I spent 10 minutes messing with the blades before I was convinced they were 90-deg off, so I had to drill two new holes and fill the original holes with nuts and bolts. Otherwise, it worked well. It had no problem mixing two 80# bags at a time. I mixed about 190 80# bags in 3 days and it worked flawlessly. I added too much water on one batch and had to add (approximately) another half bag to the drum and the motor did bind and stop turning, but with a little push on the drum, it started up again and kept going fine. The second time I had to add more concrete, it kept rotating happily. I think the 200# stated limit is probably accurate, so you could probably mix three 60# bags at a time. Drum opening is a good height and handles and feet are well designed so pouring is easy. Overall it's a good product; too bad it had some holes in the wrong place.

Good mixer, hard to understand assembly instructions. When I got it put together and turned in on, the motor pulley split in half. I purchased a 2" steel pulley at local hardware store, ( made in USA), and installed it on the mixer. Now it runs with a little more torque. Mixed 80 pound bags, 2 at a time with no problem. It helps to turn mixer on before dumping concrete in the drum. Be prepared to do some work to the mixer, I would recommend this mixer.
