It does exactly what it says: connectivity to your PS4.

The concept is just awesome and I really enjoy how immersive this chair can turn your videogames parties ! Gran Turismo, Ratchet and Clank, Crash Bandicoot, FIFA... all games are enhanced thanks to this surround audio system and the low seat. I am typically that guy that could not play its best game on the sofa so I sat on the floor. But now with this low seat I have found my perfect spot to play videogames and I will never trade my spot ! In addition I rediscovered the pleasure to watch movies and series.

To be honest, I prefer to put the headphones on my PS4 controller rather than directly on the chair when I am using it and do not want to wake up the entire house for a sound quality reason.

I think it provides a true comfort to connect wireless the chair through the PS4 wireless controller (no cables through the room) except the power cord of the chair + the jack/jack between the PS4 dualshock and the X Rocker. My recommendation is to use your PS4 to watch Netflix, DVDs, Blurays as well to optimize your experience of the product. For shows that do not require a low seat and a certain quality of sound, it is just like giving pizza to birds: it works but it does not worth it.

For a wireless experience with any model of Xbox, Playstation or any home consoles: Ace Bayou wireless retrofit system is to be ordered separately ($35 to $55 before taxes), otherwise, the cables will do the trick just fine.

- The cable management is a total mess if not using a PS4 or the separate retrofit system (adapter to be purchased for Xbox one controller)

- Fabric is kind of fragile so if you intend to play shirtless in the middle of summer, put a bath towel on the chair before you sit

To start off....I'm 6ft and this chair fits perfectly. It is very confortable. I bought this chair for my buddies and I to hang around in my game room. I won't be using the blu tooth speaker that much but I couldn't believe how clear it is. Verry smooth sounding subwoofer. It is nice to know I have the option. I would reccomend this chair to any adult or kid. Tottaly worth the money. I did my searching and conparing before buying. The $30-50 Walmart-Target models just can't compare!

Speakers are just not loud enough.. and the bluetooth will not connect with the play station 4.. sooooo if you have to chose one save some money and go to the no Bluetooth one..

Our X-rocker arrived in perfect condition and right on time for Christmas! Unit is well built and looks awesome. Very mature styling! It is heavy however, so if you have to move it from one story of the house to another, you may wonder why they dont use a lighter wieght frame.(??)
Speakers are "ok" they do get alot of popping and crackling and some humming..but overall a nice rocker for your gaming experience!

Bought mine used-like new through amazon prime. I never owned a gaming chair and didnt feel like spending a fortune on a gaming chair,after some good research i landed on this one. I went through some reviews and found that this chair had some good reviews on it so i gave it a try as an early January birthday gift. Package was huge and came quickly. It came with everything that i was looking for to easily plug in the chair through the audio jack in the tv and bluetooth to listen to music to on my iphone and of course the ac plug. Now playing Driveclub on my Ps4 or Forza on my Xbox One will never feel the same. With the volume even at 25% its loud enough to feel like i have a racetrack in my house as my neighbors have said. I have been gaming since 1998 when i was 4. This is easily the best thing that i have bought in a while. I just bought Driveclub VR for my PS VR and a Thrustmaster T150 racing wheel. I cant wait to try them all! You cant get more immersive than this!
