The media could not be loaded. I got a flyer in the mail for a company who cleans grout and stone floors. I decided to try it myself with this product instead of paying someone $$$. Our kitchen slate floors are 14 years old and are cleaned every 2 weeks, but the grout just looked dingy. I applied this product with a scrub brush in small sections and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. The second time I came back with the scrub brush, the dirt in the grout came off instantly. It is a lot of work scrubbing on your hands and knees, but well worth it. Only wish I had knee pads. I'm showing a before & after close-up of the grout, and also a video after wiping up just one small section of flooring after scrubbing was completed. Keep in mind the floors were mopped 2 days beforehand and you can see how much dirt still came off! Highly recommend this product. Just needs a lot of elbow grease to work. Now I'm applying a stone enhancer/sealer made from the same company.

I've been using this to clean the slate tile in our shower. I have to assume it is working, but I can't tell. It is difficult to use in that you have to pour it into a small spray bottle without making a mess. I put lines on the bottle to measure the 4:1 dilution. So that was easy enough. But I probably should buy a funnel so that I don't spill it every time. I called customer service to find out whether I should use this before using the Miracle sealer. The woman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and friendly. NOTE: I do wear a mask while spraying so that I don't inhale the fumes. I just used one of my Covid masks.

This product was recommended to us 20 years ago when our marble floors were installed. Have been very pleased with it, not harsh and seems to do the job. Some other cleaners may take the shine of the marble but not this one. I have never had problems with this vendor until my last 2 orders. The previous order was 4 gallon of paint instead of the 4 gallons of stone cleaner. I returned, but couldnt get a replacement only a refund. My next order has been delayed by 2 days and who knows where it is. If it shows up and is right I may change my review
