Got to use it this weekend for the first time. It worked great, just as advertised. It powered my old Garmin 660 mobile mount just like the original, without the traffic data, of course.

I may have made an error. I think it was not the adapter but my Zumo 550 battery. Will need to purchase the battery. The adapter was well made and my screw up. The company including instructions to check out the Zumo 550.
The item arrived on time and worked just fine. I could not see spending $150

The item arrived on time and worked just fine. I could not see spending $150.00 for a original stiff gaudy cable like I had. The reason the cable and or adapter broke to begin with is from a stiff cable that broke the adapter socket the cable plugs into. This cable is very flexible and does not put a strain on the connector. It does not have the antenna built into the cable for traffic reports, but at least it works.

purchased one of these to replace a power cord on an older Garmin Nuvi 750 - the OEM had a broken connector. it works GREAT. highly recomended
