Never Dry

I love the size of this mat, but it doesn't drain. After it rains, the mat stays wet until you hang it over something to let the water drain. The solid rubber bottom prevents the water from exiting. Also, water seems to stay under the mat forever. I have brick steps and if I forget to hang these mats after it rains, weeks later I will have dark mildew spots under the mats and the mats will still be wet. The front of my house doesn't get much sun.

This doormat provides a lovely welcome to guests t our home. Received it as a Christmas gift, and I love it.
Looks great, but never dries

I bought this when we moved into a new house, and I think it looks great. The only thing is, though, once it gets wet it never dries underneath until we hang it out. Maybe that's just these types of mats though???? This is the first I've had this material.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I should have more closely went through all the reviews, especially those giving 3 stars or less. This mat SHEDS EVERYWHERE! It does more harm than good by consistently spreading hair-like, "straw" fibers every time someone walks over it. These fibers are all over the patio and get trailed into the house. Additionally, if the mat gets wet at all, it will not throughly dry and maintains a wet spot. We use this mat outdoors but it is shielded by a 4-foot awning, and does not get directly exposed to continuous rain pour. I think the worse part about this whole experience is that I paid $30 for a door mat that doesnt even work. I'm requesting a refund. I've been buying products off of Amazon for about 8 years and this is the 2nd review I've ever written... yes, it was that bad.

Read all of these great reviews and ordered it for my front door.
Rug came rolled up with the backing cracked and it cracked in another spot as I rolled it back up to return it. Dye is bled into the undyed areas on printed front. This mat will definitely fall apart fast.
