We got this for are kids for Christmas we went out late to put together we got wrong poles that didn't line up. And the instructions are terribly written. Needless to say my husband ended up havinf to drill holes in the poles where they should have been so the kids could have their present. Poor poor quality so far

12 year old son likes this very much. Make sure you measure the doors if you don't plan to build it in the room you are going to use it in! You may not get it out without having to disassemble. Well priced.

It took a while to set up (2 hours) the directions have no words only pictures 😅 But for the price this is amazing I am 20 my spouce is 23 and we can play rough with this with no problem it's big so I would say it's more for adults to play. I'll write a two week follow up review to see if it's still sturdy the score board is working and if the nets are still intact since I can see other consumers had a problem with those. But I will say as of right now everything works is extremely sturdy and is lots of fun for us!!!

Love playing this game with visitors, everyone is drawn to it when they see it and the gaming panels work very well. The net is already falling apart at the top though which Sux considering we bought it for christmas. We also noticed the nets keeps falling off too, if anyone knows the trick let em know. We tried bending the hooks over but are affraid of breaking them.

After reading the majority of good reviews, I was excited to get this for my children for Christmas. We put it together the day after Christmas and they loved it. The first problem occurred 24 hours after they first started using it. A bolt used to hold the control box in place just snapped in half. For some reason they created this piece with a plastic bolt. My kids were being extremely careful with it, but this piece still snapped off. 48 hours later, I noticed the threads on the ball return net were already starting to stretch and come loose. Keep in my mind that my kids played with it for about five hours total at that point. I've called Franklin customer service and was told due to high call volume, I'm unable to be connected to anyone right now, then the call disconnects. I've submitted an online replacement request for those two parts, but have yet to hear back. This is a very fun product, so it's too bad it's so poorly made. I was worried about the stability and sturdiness when I put it together, but never thought some random bolt would snap and the net would already start to show signs of stress. I'm regretting this purchase.
