Was as advertised and started right up with no problems. Used on a black top roller and is doing a great job. Only problem, had to straighten the recoil because it was shipped upside-down in the shipping box. Lucky no other damage.

Great replacement for a honda engine at a deep discount. lifan is a honda clone engine. This one has reduction gear and I used it as a replacment motor for a cement mixer. Works well no complaints.
