There's prompt shipping and it's vacume packed for a fresh taste. I make a mix of pumpkin and D.R. no salt sunfllower seeds. Instead of munching on peanuts I find my mix filling and lost 25 lbs.in 6 months. Although I have also cut most but not all of my complex carbs. It dosn't "feel" like a diet.

I think I've already reviewed this, but I'm happy to do it again. The Pumpkin Seeds are fresh and delicious. I store them in the freezer to make sure they stay that way (they thaw instantly), but i'm not at all sure that this is necessary. The bag seals up nice and tight. Besides enjoying them for their quality and taste, I'm happy to know they contain a lot of magnesium and contribute to a healthy, natural diet.

Awesome seeds for the price. My wife uses them in baking for the protein. She had bariatric surgery and makes her own protein bars and these pumpkin seeds are an excellent addition. We are fixin to order some more since we are almost out. Thank you for a good product.
