i bought this as a replacement part but no water comes through it and I can find no information as to why not. it comes through the machine so it is not the machine. it just will not come through the holder. it has been a waste of money and shipping as I live overseas and cant send it back.

Not as good as the original equipment. Holes are too small and pressure builds up without releasing coffee.
