I replaced every ceiling light and reading light in my 5th wheel with these 3 years ago. I love them, I love the color, and I love how much brighter these are than the old incandescent lights that were in my rv before. These are slightly warmer (4500 kelvin) than daylight (5k-6500 kelvin), but WAY cooler than the normal incandescent bulbs (around 2700 kelvin), which is a great compromise for my wife and me. (I prefer true daylight color, she prefers the normal ugly yellow color, but these are close enough to daylight for me.) Anyway, as for durability, I have both singles and doubles installed, about 10 each, and have traveled 10s of thousands of miles on smooth and not-smooth highways. No problems, haven't had to replace any of them and no LEDs are "out". Highest recommendation, though I don't have any other fixtures to compare them to other than the stock incandescent ones. I know newer RVs already have LED fixtures installed in them, but for older units that don't, this is a wonderful upgrade.

The good -- light is bright -- very happy with amount and quality of light it produces. Super easy install... Only took about 5 minutes and that includes removing old fixture.

The bad -- fixture is pretty cheesy -- it looks fine but I am concerned that the wires aren't copper. There also isn't much room between fixture and mounting surface for stuffing/storing excess wire. I also wish that some thought went into where to place mounting screw holes... Of course they weren't anywhere near the pattern of my old fixture.

My only negative comment is that almost all RVs are wired black = positive and white = negative. These lights come with black and red wires. Not black and white wires. If you get these, they are wired red = positive and black = negative. Black is NOT positive on these lights. They install easily and work well. I bought two of them and am very happy that they have a choice of one or two lamps on depending on our needs. Even with two lights on, they draw less than the single incandescent light that came with the camper.
Our camper is an '06 Palomino Pony so it's not very big. But, these lights give us many options of how much light we want.

Got these to replace the "bulb" lights in my 26 year old hunting camp trailer. They installed quickly and easily once I figured out that black (in trailer) was neutral (universal white) and black/white striped (in trailer) was hot (universal red). They are somewhat narrower than the existing fixtures but it's a hunting trailer and I don't care. Gives plenty of white, "daylight" light and will reduce the heat from the incandescent fixtures. Just wish it had a 3 point (off, on 1, or on both) switch. Easy installation, plenty of light and cooler temps. Very happy.

Purchased these lights to replace the incandescent light fixtures in a fifth wheel travel trailer. Each light took less than 5 minutes to change out and are bright, a lot brighter than the old lights, plus they use a lot less energy which is important when running off battery power in the boonies. I purchased 9 of the single and four of the double lights. All lights worked none were faulty as claimed by some of the reviewers. I plan on purchasing more of these to install in the house and run of a battery bank and wind turbine in preparedness for the winter storm caused power outages.
