we bought a set like this (don't remember if it's the same brand or not) about 20 years ago. Imagine my surprise when I found the exact style in 2017!
So, why only 4 stars?
2 issues.
1) No small forks.
2) The edges don't seem to be finished. the edges of the metal pieces have an edge and feel kind of sharp.

I HAD A WHITE SET OF THESE FOR 7 PLUS YEARS AND THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS OVER TIME THEY WHITE STARTED TURNING YELLOW SO I REPLACED THEM WITH THE BLACK HANDLE ONES..I LOVE THE BLACK HANDLES AND HOPE THEY WONT FADE OVER TIME .I HAVE ALWAYS WASHED THESE IN THE DISHWASHER WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS ..

I really love this flatware. I had purchased a similar high-priced set in service for eight nearly 30 years ago when I bought my first home. Over the years pieces have been lost, a spoon found it's way into the disposal. Because of some of the reviews, I was concerned that this wouldn't be an exact match for what I already have. It matches perfectly! Lovely dark cobalt blue handles that match the pattern on my dishes and sturdy forks, knives and spoons. I set a scorched pan in the sink to soak and two of the pieces were in there accidentally til morning. No rust, no discoloration, no loosening occurred and I am so happy with this economical version of set I've owned for years. I'm planning on purchasing another service for 4 to round out our flatware.

They look really good in table setting. The red is just the right mouth-watering red. Fork "eats" well, spoon is large enough, and knife cuts. Size and weight is good. The teaspoon might be hefty to a small cup.
I recommend this set for informal occasions. For demanding dinner use, the set is definitely of cheapish side, because the tactile feel is not there, just the looks. The tang and plastic handle is not milled even. Rivets and chrome caps are imitation plastic.
I wash by hand and the set is good as new after 8 months.
What to think of it?
If the materials and machining of the handles were as good as the looks, this could be a 200 € set anytime.
