Sorry but this was not sliced, it was minced. Not what I wanted. Ordered two and both cans where dented. It tasted okay but could not make a salad with it. Made a tomato gravy with shrimp fra diablo over linguini.

As others have said, it is mushy and soft, not at all like La Monica. Yes it is chaper, but... I won't buy it again.
If you want good Conch, this is what you should buy.

Just a Great product. Finding useable Conch is not easy. Usually it comes in large chunks that are difficult to trim, if one can find it at all. This product is cut into small pieces and they were perfect for my Conch Chowder (one of the most complicated recipe's I ever made). Turned out great though.
