This is the mild version of the product. I have wavy/curly hair. My hair is already a pretty looser curly type hard to explain. I have bleached my hair about ten times it did take out about an inch because I have bleached blonde (then dyed sandy blonde hair) which is why I bought mild. For parts of my hair that was not dyed it actually took a little bit more time to see it work but it did straighten it. Start from the healthiest parts of your hair first and then make your ways to the more sensitive areas. I will order more. If you have thicker curlier hair you might have to wait a little longer for your curls to loosen.

it really work. I just do it my self and follow the instruction at the back. Even though my hair is not very fluffy but a bit puffy. After ironing, its about the style like what salon did. Remember to sue the second bag and leave it for 3 days to keep the hair Straight. Don't try to tie your hair up, for the best result.
