Said they will fit my scooter but they are 2-times bigger than my scooter batteries and want take back! Claim is they don't have any way to handle the product to except back.

The Batteries fit exact as they should , working well with the chair,. I always' replace them two at a time like it should be..that way you always have the right thing to start with.
easy to install, came fully charged and ready to go, charge them as needed daily and always plenty of power for my power chair... No worries!!!
